Customers praise the product for its exceptional comfort and softness, with many describing it as feeling like walking on a cloud. The rug's appearance is frequently highlighted as beautiful and luxurious, with a desirable thickness that enhances its plushness. However, some customers have noted that the color may not always match expectations, with occasional yellow undertones or variations from online images. There are also mixed opinions regarding its durability and ease of cleaning, with some experiencing matting and fading over time, particularly in high-traffic areas.
