Customers generally find the product visually appealing, with many describing it as beautiful and a great addition to their decor. Assembly is often noted as easy and quick. However, there are significant concerns regarding the quality and durability of the materials, with some customers reporting damage and a feeling that the product is cheaply made for its price. Opinions on the color are mixed, with some finding it accurate and classy, while others note it appears much lighter or different than pictured, leading some to alter it themselves. The value for money is also a point of contention, with some feeling it is too expensive for the quality received.
