Customers praise the product for its exceptional comfort, soft materials, and appealing design, making it a great addition to smaller spaces. Many appreciate the added heat and massage functions, alongside the smooth swivel and rocking features, all considered good value for the price. However, customers have mixed opinions about assembly, size, and massage intensity, with some finding it difficult to put together, too small for taller individuals, and weaker in massage performance.
