Customers find the product visually appealing, noting its beauty and that it looks as nice as pictured. However, there are significant concerns regarding its quality, with reviewers stating it does not resemble the quality of a regular towel and is not good quality. Many customers use the product for decoration rather than for functional purposes due to these quality issues.
