Customers frequently praise the product's beautiful appearance and attractive design, noting its vibrant colors and detailed butterfly imagery. Many find it dispenses the perfect amount of lotion and works well. However, some customers have experienced issues with functionality, including pumps that stop working or are difficult to use, and the nozzle squirting soap unexpectedly. There are also mixed opinions regarding the pump's finish and durability, with some reporting it wears off quickly. Despite these concerns, many feel the product offers good value for its price.
