Customers praise the product's beautiful appearance, stylish design, and attractive aesthetics, noting that it complements their existing decor. The quality of the materials is frequently highlighted, with many reviewers finding the product to be well-made. The color is also a positive point, with customers appreciating how it matches other accessories. However, some users found the opening of the tumbler to be too narrow for certain items, and one review mentioned the paint coating chipping off after a few months of use.
