Customers praise the product's attractive appearance and good quality, with many highlighting the relaxing lighting features. The size is generally considered suitable, fitting well in alcoves and accommodating small children, though one reviewer expressed disappointment with the available size options. While the product offers strong jets and keeps water warm, some users find the touch-sensitive control buttons to be poorly placed, leading to accidental activation.
