Customers praise the product for its excellent value and comfort, noting that it significantly improves sleep quality and provides relief from back and leg pain. The adjustability features are highly appreciated, allowing users to find optimal positions for sleeping and relaxation. Many reviewers found the assembly process to be straightforward and easy. However, some customers have noted that the product may be missing certain advertised features, such as a zero-gravity setting, and there are concerns about the bases not staying together for split king sizes.
