Customers find the product to be very comfortable, with many reviews highlighting its ability to refresh old mattresses and add softness. The fit is generally praised, with elastic straps ensuring it stays in place on deep mattresses. While some customers feel the quality is good, others have expressed disappointment with the material, stating it is not gel or memory foam as advertised, but rather fiber or polyester. Opinions on value are mixed; some find it to be a good price for occasional use, while others feel it is not worth the money or could be thicker for the cost.
