Customers appreciate the comfort and softness of this product, with many finding it to be a good value for the price. The material is also frequently praised, particularly the bamboo top. However, there are consistent complaints regarding the product's thickness, with many reviewers stating it is much thinner than advertised and more akin to a mattress protector than a topper.
