Customers say

Customers find the product to be very comfortable and cooling, with some noting it helps with headaches and night sweats. However, there are significant concerns regarding the texture, with many reviews stating the pillows do not fluff up properly, remain flat, and are lumpy. Overall impressions are positive for some, but the texture issues are a recurring negative point.
