Customers find the product to be attractive and well-made, with many praising its appearance and quality. The solid wood construction is a highlight for some, and it is noted that the product often arrives assembled, which is a significant advantage. However, there are some concerns regarding construction, with mentions of defects like wobbling, misaligned doors, and issues with drilled holes. Opinions on color are mixed, and while some appreciate the dark oak, others found it redder than expected.
