Customers find the product's appearance and aesthetics to be very appealing, describing it as beautiful, cute, and eye-catching, with a nice sparkle. However, many reviewers express disappointment with the size, noting that the product is smaller than expected and overpriced for its dimensions. Opinions on value are mixed, with some finding it affordable and a good deal, while others consider it too expensive for the quality received. The quality of the product is also a point of contention, with some praising its good construction and included extra crystals, while others describe it as cheaply made with issues like poorly glued jewels.
