Customers find the product to be visually appealing, with many complimenting its beautiful appearance. While the overall impression is positive, with some stating it elevates their space, the assembly and installation processes are noted as being time-consuming and difficult, sometimes requiring two people. There are also concerns regarding the remote mechanism's durability.
