Customers are highly satisfied with the product, frequently praising its beautiful colors and outstanding quality. The rug is described as well-made, with a lovely soft berber background and a unique, slightly raised chenille-like accent pattern. The colors are noted as strong and coordinating well with decor, though one review mentioned the red appearing less bright than expected due to pink overpowering it.
