Customers say

Customers praise the product's quality, appearance, and sturdiness, noting they are well-made and attractive alternatives to more expensive options. Assembly is generally considered easy. However, there are consistent complaints about the color not being true white, often described as cream or beige. Some customers also found the caning to be prickly.
