Customers appreciate the attractive appearance and quality of these lights, noting they look elegant and well-made. Many find them easy to install, especially the plug-in option, and praise their functionality for tasks like reading. The color options, particularly gold and blue, are also well-received. However, some users experienced issues with the arm breaking or not sitting flush against the wall, and a few mentioned the included screws were too long for a secure fit.
