Customers say

Customers find the product to be comfortable and well-made, with many praising its quality and attractive appearance. The assembly process is generally considered easy, with clear instructions and well-organized parts. The size is often noted as fitting well in various spaces, serving effectively as both a couch and a bed. However, some users mention that the drawers are not on tracks and may scratch flooring, and the operation of converting between sitting and sleeping positions can be challenging for one person.
