Customers find these chairs to be very comfortable and appreciate their attractive appearance. The product is also noted for its sturdiness and good quality, with many reviewers finding assembly to be easy. Some customers mention that the chairs sit low and are quite deep, which may require additional pillows for optimal comfort. The finish on the wood may not be very durable, with some users reporting wear after about six months.
