Customers praise the product's beautiful appearance and good quality, noting its soft texture and rich look. However, many reviews highlight significant shedding as a primary concern, with fibers accumulating throughout the home. Opinions on durability are mixed, with some finding it holds up well in high-traffic areas, while others report pilling and a worn appearance after a short period. The color is generally well-received and accurately depicted in product images.
