Customers appreciate the product's design and educational value, noting its ability to enhance fine motor and problem-solving skills. However, there are mixed opinions regarding durability, with some experiencing issues like broken locks and fading colors, while others find it to be a long-lasting toy. Ease of use is also a point of contention, as some find the keys difficult for young children to manipulate, and functionality issues with doorbells have been reported.
