The MDF table top is very easy to clean and maintain. The 1.347 "thick table top can be used for a long time without deformation. Four carbon steel legs support a stable table. The bottom is equipped with anti-slip rubber pads to protect the floor and maintain stability. This leather dining chair is made of high-quality PU leather and wrapped with high elastic sponge, comfortable and easy to clean. The U-shaped cushion relaxes the hip muscles, and the carbon steel legs will not deform.

Ok let's talk chairs! When using in a rental upholstery is a nightmare and solid would is so heavy. The table is very sturdy and very heavy especially since it is on the thinner side when it comes to the width size of it, but other than that it feels like it will last a long time. Love the table! Getting the screws in to the table required tweezers. It was tricky getting the washers and bolts lined up as the opening was too small for your fingers to hold in place.
