Guidecraft’s innovative sensory table supports every child’s physical and cognitive development through a one-of-a-kind play experience. Based on extensive research and theory, the Sensory System provides every budding scientist and creative maker with agency and the opportunity to explore individual interests. The base component of this new system is a Greenguard Gold Certified Sensory Table and canopy made from sturdy hardwood that features an easy-to-clean, water-resistant finish. A deep play basin with drain is included, creating an invitation for open-ended activities using playful materials such as beans, rice, or traditional sand and water. The included tubes and clips set enhances play possibilities and introduces children to early physics properties as they reach up, down and all around to send balls racing through routed paths or pour water down connected accordion style tubes. A see-through, easy-to-clean acrylic art board allows for collaborative play and seamless integration between sensory and art experiences. Mount and maneuver the easel from the side of the Sensory System Table and Canopy to a durable wall mount and back again with ease, encouraging creation whenever inspiration strikes. For ages 18 months and up. Entire wooden table with canopy measures 32"W x 25"D x 44"H. Set includes table with canopy and bin, art easel with paint cups and mounting hardware, and set of tubes and clips with storage bag. Assembly required.
