Customers praise the product for its beautiful appearance, great style, and solid quality. They particularly love the open design, which makes bulb changes and cleaning easy. However, customers have mixed opinions about the installation process, noting it can be heavy and difficult to align screws, as well as about the color, with some finding it lighter or more silver than expected.
