Customers find the product visually appealing, with many compliments on its appearance and unique design. The quality is generally considered good, with some reviewers noting it exceeded expectations and offers good value for the price. However, there are recurring issues with the included accessories, specifically the door hanger and battery pack, which are frequently described as flimsy, too small, or difficult to conceal. Some customers also experienced problems with the ribbon not lying flat or being unevenly strung.
