The wine cellar has dual temperature zones and stores a wide temperature range to store either red or white wines, depending on your preference. Different varietals of wine require different temperature settings for optimum longer term storage. Red wines are stored between 10C/50F and 18C/65F, while white wines are stored between 4C/40'F and 10C/50F. Temperatures are selected by touching up or down on the electronic control inside the unit. The racks can be removed for storing larger design bottles or volume bottle styles such as magnums. The two stainless-steel lined drawers can store anything you normally would put in a refrigerator, even fruit at a higher temp to keep the flavor and juices ready for any beverage.

So far so good! We just set up our new wine fridge a few days ago and it is working great! It didn't take that long for the different zones to get to our preferred temperatures. The unit itself is really quite beautiful and clearly of good quality. My only complaint is the assembly directions were quite poor. The numbered directions were not in order (1,2,4,7,8) and some of the directions were just inaccurate. We were able to figure out what needed to be done but were close to making a phone call to customer service for assistance. Ultimately, we are more than satisfied with our purchase!. Shannon. IL.
