My old unit would leave food stuck on dishes even after an hour long cycle, but this one leaves everything completely spotless and shining. I like the light indication on the front panel to let you know if it is running or on. The SmartThings app connectivity is a great feature and was simple to set up. I use it regularly to manage my washes. I also love having one app to run all of my appliances in the house. The interior racks feel sturdy and durable. They hold more than I expected and have good spacing. I am a big fan of the third rack and AI wash feature. The Smart Dry works well and I appreciate the Autorelease feature for the door once the cycle is complete to let me know that it is done.
