Purchased open box. Received cooler packaged horizontally. Fortunately, it works. No visible serial number on the external packaging. Also not a problem due to Wayfair, but reversing the door is nearly impossible and is still a work in progress. The small plastic filler/caps are extremely hard to remove. The caps breakoff leaving the filler in the threads. I only got 2 of the six out whole. I will need to somehow remove the plastic inserts without damaging the threads for the replacement screws.. This wine fridge works great! I like that there are the light color choices. The wood shelves are nice. I prefer them over wire or metal racks. My one issue that I knew before I ordered is that it doesnt have full extension shelves. That makes it hard to see the bottles on the back half of the shelf. Absolutely Perfect. I wanted a Glass Front Beverage Fridge to go in the space under my counter top where an old, average size dishwasher sat when I bought my home. It’s just my husband and myself now and we don’t use a dishwasher.  I knew wanted the fridge to fit well in the space without having to build a face plate to cover up any room around it. A lot of the beverage refrigerators are very small. This one fits perfectly into an average dishwasher space. We use it for soda and water which frees up so much room in our regular refrigerator. When fully stocked with Soda and water, everything gets ice cold in about an hour. The blue light inside is definitely a plus as well and can be left on or turned off if you prefer.
