We’ve had our new GE oven a few months now and it’s working great. The oven gets to the set temperature quickly and maintains its set temperature very accurately. I love theGE Profile™ 27" Smart Built-In Convection Double Wall Oven. It reaches the desired temperature in no time as the preheat is very fast and cooks evenly. I use the keep warm feature a lot. I used to have a warming drawer but with the warm mode In was able to have my double oven. The best thing is the airfryer mode. The slide out racks are wonderful. The control panel is great.
