Customers find the product visually appealing, with many praising its appearance and color. The quality and sturdiness of the dresser are frequently highlighted as positive attributes, with some noting it is well-made and solid. However, a recurring concern is the functionality of the drawers, which are often described as stiff, difficult to open or close, and not sliding smoothly. Some reviews also mention minor cosmetic issues like chips or damage upon arrival.
