Customers appreciate the product's attractive appearance and the variety of appealing colors available. Many find its size suitable for smaller spaces and apartments, with some noting it's a good fit for dorm rooms or vanity areas. The functionality, including features like cup holders and its ability to lay flat, is also positively mentioned. However, opinions on comfort are mixed, with some finding it too firm or low to the ground, while others prefer its firmness.
