Customers find the product to be very comfortable and soft, with a beautiful appearance that is luxurious. The size is also noted as a positive aspect. However, there are significant concerns regarding the quality and value, with some reviewers describing it as cheaply made and not worth the price. Issues mentioned include weak zippers, plastic connectors that cause sections to separate, and the ability to feel the frame when sitting.
