Customers generally find the product easy to assemble and appreciate its appearance and size, noting it fits well in small entryways. However, there are mixed opinions regarding the color, with some receiving a cream or ivory shade instead of white, and others finding the material quality to be lacking. The sturdiness of the product is generally praised, though some reviews mention issues with the front window piece being flimsy.
