Customers praise the product for its exceptionally quiet operation and excellent cleaning performance, noting that dishes come out spotless and dry. Many appreciate the convenience of the third rack for utensils and the specialized jets for bottles and silverware. The appliance is also noted for its user-friendly features and modern, sleek design. However, some users have experienced issues with the racks not sliding smoothly and have found the third rack to be less functional for standard-sized cups.
