Customers praise the product for its beautiful appearance, elegant design, and good quality. Many note that it looks gorgeous both on and off, serving as a great statement piece. However, customers have mixed opinions about quality and material, with some reporting that it arrived broken, is made of plastic rather than shell, and is difficult to hang levelly. Others feel the item is overpriced and cheaply made.
