Customers express significant dissatisfaction with the value and accessories, as the product's air fryer feature is unusable without a separately purchased and often unavailable tray. Reviews indicate that the brand's decision to exclude essential components like the air fryer tray and user manuals is perceived as greedy and leads to a poor customer experience. The air fryer feature itself is criticized for being difficult to use and potentially causing smoke.
