Customers praise the product's size, finding it ideal for smaller spaces and easy to convert into a bed. Many appreciate its functionality as a space-saving solution. However, comfort is a mixed bag, with some finding it suitable for occasional use or children, while others report discomfort as both a sofa and bed. Value is also perceived differently, with some considering it a good deal, while others feel the price doesn't match the quality.
