Customers praise the product's beautiful appearance, with many noting its soft, muted colors that brighten rooms. The quality is frequently highlighted, with reviewers describing the rug as well-made, thick, and dense. The texture is also a positive point, with many finding it soft and comfortable underfoot. The material is described as wool, which is noted for being soft and durable. Some customers mention that the colors are lighter than expected, and a few note that the grey can appear more blue.
