Customers praise the product for its attractive color options, comfortable design, and great size that fits well in various spaces. Many also appreciate the soft fabric and overall quality. However, customers have mixed opinions about durability, noting that the filling compacts quickly and causes the pouf to lose its shape and flatten out after minimal use.
