Customers praise the product's beautiful appearance and true-to-picture colors, noting it looks upscale and adds great texture. The size is generally considered good, perfect for various uses like an end-of-bed bench or for sitting. However, there are mixed opinions regarding the fabric, with some finding it soft and lovely, while others feel it could be better or is not as soft as expected. Some customers also reported that the product's dimensions, specifically its height, were inaccurately described, leading to disappointment for a few.
