Customers find the product visually appealing, with many praising its attractive appearance. However, opinions are mixed regarding comfort, with some finding it comfortable while others note thin cushions and a low profile. Assembly is frequently cited as difficult and time-consuming, with issues like misaligned holes and missing parts. The quality of the materials is also a concern for some, with reports of wicker cracking and furniture falling apart after a short period. Despite these drawbacks, many customers feel the product offers good value for its price.
