Customers find this product to be very comfortable, soft, and a good size. The cooling effect is frequently praised, keeping users cool throughout the night. Many reviewers also appreciate the support provided for their head and neck. However, some customers note that the pillows can be a bit flat and may lose loft over time, with one reviewer mentioning they are not firm enough for side sleepers.
