Customers appreciate the appearance, quality, color, thickness, and softness of the product, frequently highlighting its beautiful design, durable wool construction, and attractive shades that match online photos. Many note that the plush thickness provides a comfortable play space and nice cushioning. However, some customers have mixed opinions, pointing out issues such as shedding fibers, scratchy texture, and chemical odors upon arrival.
