• Hush system exclusive sound deadening technology that effectively reduces sound levels up to 35%, compared to typical range hoods
• Heat guard senses extreme temperatures (-158 degrees) and automatically adjusts the blower speed to high to protect the hood and cabinetry from excessive heat. Blower speed will automatically adjust back once temperature drop to a safe level.
• Stainless steel baffle filters with grease collectors designed for high airflow cooking, the “s” shape design traps high volumes of grease, which is collected in trays for easy removal and cleaning
• Besides checking the product measurements, you should also:
• Check your venting capabilities: Check if your home has installed ductwork. If it does, or you plan on getting it installed, you should look for a ducted (vented) or convertible range hood. If your home does not have installed ductwork, you should choose a ductless (non-vented) or convertible range hood.
• Measure Your Space: First, measure the width of your cooking surface from one side of the cooktop to the other. Next, measure the width of the area between cabinets where your range hood will live (if applicable). Then, measure the space between the cooking surface and cabinets or ceiling above. There should be anywhere from 24 to 36 inches between the bottom of the range hood and the cooktop surface. Finally, measure the depth from front to back of the cooking surface.
