Customers appreciate the comfort and attractive appearance of these pillows, with some loving the colors. However, opinions are mixed regarding the color, with some finding it different than pictured or not as expected. Many reviewers express disappointment with the thickness, describing the pillows as flat and not as advertised, leading to negative feedback on value for money.
