Customers praise the product's beautiful appearance, high quality, and soft texture. Many reviewers highlight the rug's thickness and plushness, noting it feels great underfoot and often negates the need for a rug pad. However, opinions on color accuracy are mixed, with some finding it darker or slightly different than pictured online. Shedding is also mentioned as a concern, though some note it lessens over time.
