Customers find the product to be beautiful and well-made, with a heavy and stable base. The quality of the materials, particularly the glass shades, is frequently praised. Reviewers appreciate the value for money and the product's ability to provide ample brightness, with options for adjusting light levels. Packaging is consistently noted as excellent, ensuring the product arrives safely. Some customers experienced glare from the bulbs due to the shade not extending low enough, but this did not detract significantly from overall satisfaction.
