Customers praise this product for its comfort, solid quality, and beautiful appearance. The fabric is easy to clean, and the quiet power motors and hidden recline option are well-liked features. However, customers have mixed opinions about its features, noting that the back does not recline, the footrest may be too short for taller individuals, and button placement can be inconvenient.
