Customers praise the product for its beautiful color and exceptional softness, noting it feels wonderful underfoot. The appearance is frequently described as gorgeous and elegant, with the material, a blend of wool and cotton, contributing to its plush feel. However, there are significant concerns regarding shedding, with multiple reviews highlighting excessive fiber loss that creates a mess. Opinions on quality are generally positive, though some find it not as soft as anticipated.
