Esthetically, the chair looks okay. However, the seating part of the chair folds up. For a new chair, this is unacceptable. I wanted to return it, but they sent me another seat, which was only slightly better because it still folded up. The first two pictures were from the initial seat, and the last two are the current.. Got this chair in black, it was packaged very well and assembly took one person about 15 minutes to complete. The seat back is very supportive and easy to put in fixed and recline position. The handles are also individually adjustable so it’s very easy to put this chair in a custom position. I highly recommend this for a comfortable customizable chair. Jaspreet. US. Mon Aug 03 2026
